INTRODUCTION

Youth Unplugged is a registered Section 21 multi-purpose youth development organisation (NPO registered in terms of the South African Law) based in the Western Cape which focuses on community transformation in terms of youth development.

Youth Unplugged was established in January 2010 in Belhar, Cape Town, South Africa in response to strengthen the capacities of young people to enable them to take charge of their own well-being through building their assets and ultimately realising their potential to the fullest by creating a wider range of learning pathways and provide young people with multiple entrance and exit opportunities into the modern society.

Youth Unplugged upholds the highest of ethical standards both financially and with regard to service delivery and is committed to excellence in all it undertakes.

Youth Unplugged is headed by the Founder and Managing Director, Mr Henry Davids.

As Youth Unplugged we provide consultation to various sectors within society such as Community Based Organisation, Faith Based Organisations, Multipurpose Centres, Places of Safety, Night Shelters, Substance Abuse Recovery Centres, Child Welfare Organisations, Children Homes as well as Governmental Departments.
